Arrive in Bali. Upon arrival, your guide will meet and escort you to your resort. Remainder of the day is free to relax and unwind.
Today you’ll discover the best attractions of central and east Bali on a private tour if the island’s rich cultural traditions. Departing your hotel in South Bali, you’re taken by private vehicle to several wonders, with narration by a personal guide. Visit the ancient court hall of Kerta Gosa in the Klungkung Regency and see Besakih Temple, perched on the slopes of Mt Agung. Take a scenic drive to Bukit Jambul and learn about traditional Hindu architecture at Kehen Temple. Your full-day itinerary includes lunch in Rendang. (B,L)
This morning, you’ll experience an Anti-Gravity Yoga Session. AntiGravity® Yoga – a dynamic and groundbreaking ‘flying’ practice, AntiGravity® Yoga uses bespoke hammocks to support bodies of all ages and abilities in enhanced and inverted postures. Highly therapeutic, great fun and surprisingly easy, it offers relief from stress, encourages healthy blood circulation and fast-tracks flexibility and strength. Location: Nirvana Shanti Yoga Bale or Studio. (60 Minutes).
In the evening, you’ll experience the unique Night Fire Yoga. Practice dynamic Vinyasa postures influenced by the fire element of the Manipura Chakra. Tune your body with the dance of warming, motivating ocean winds to create currents of prana, the life force responsible for nourishing and revitalizing our energy flow.

This morning, why not consider the Sekala Yoga session. The Balinese strive for balance and harmony between Sekala, the seen physical world, and Niskala, the invisible spirit world. This class led by our Balinese yoga teacher highlights the connection between the two, with an optional Balinese blessing by our Resort Priest afterwards. (60 Minutes)
The afternoon is perfect to enjoy your Balinese Massage. Balinese and Asian massage techniques are renowned the world over for their relaxing and rebalancing benefits. Experience our unique selection of practices that combine authentic manual therapies and pure essential oils to boost circulation and wellbeing. (60 Minutes) (B)
